My passion for health and athletics led me to pursue a career as an RMT. I believe active rehabilitation, including exercise and stretching, along with manual and massage techniques are crucial pieces to a successful and complete recovery. My focus is to not only reduce your pain but to also get you back to enjoying the activities that currently cause you discomfort.
Once a competitive volleyball player, I now spend my time practicing yoga, hiking the North Shore mountains, and strength training. I consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to build on my academic foundations in anatomy and physiology and staying up to date with the latest techniques and modalities through CECs and professional development.
Learning and understanding the human body is my passion. Massage Therapy is my calling. Helping people through massage is what I love to do!
